“accepting” a client's insurance and being a preferred
provider. We want to be sure that each of our clients gets the best
benefit possible from their insurance, so here is a basic description
of how it all works.
Your dentist will perform treatments for
his/her standard fee. You, the patient will then pay that standard
fee upfront. The patient will then send the proper forms to their
insurance provider and will then be reimbursed by their provider
based on their coverage.

them. The patient will pay an estimated portion of those fees as
well as any remaining balance after the insurance has paid their
share based on your coverage.
